service have? Do they have enough of a recruitment presence
in your area to meet your needs? Do they have a dedicated
recruitment division?
Defect Ratio: What percentage of filled assignments
end prematurely due to quality issues? What steps do they
take to increase employee retention (e.g. field employee benefits)
and reduce turnover.
Qualified Staff: What are the qualifications
the company uses for hiring its internal staff? When you speak
with your staffing service representative, do you feel that
they truly understand your needs? Are they knowledgeable and
experienced in the staffing industry?
Services Offered: Do they offer a variety
of services or will you need to deal with multiple companies
to satisfy your staffing needs? What areas do they specialize
in?
Service Guarantees: If you are not satisfied
with the performance of an employee placed at your organization,
what happens? Do they offer any guarantees of quality service?
Insurance: Do they have the proper insurance
coverage to protect you in case issues arise as a result of
your staffing needs? What steps do they take to reduce workers
compensation claims and costs?
