Our staff members are given a two-week multi-staged training program within the first three months of employment with our company. We prefer hiring only degreed candidates for our company, but make allowances for years of relevant experience. Candidates experience a rigorous interviewing process that generally produces a well-informed candidate and employer. To encourage retention of our core staff, employees design their own “career track.” Bonuses are paid to our staffing associates based on their performance. Our staff is well supported by a hands-on management staff, corporate trainers, and field support representatives. Our staff participates in weekly meetings and training seminars as well as conferences with our corporate and regional management teams.
