to obtain relevant information and determine the competence
and reliability of a candidate extends beyond tests and typical
interviewing questions. Our interview process and techniques
are designed to urge candidates to support their resume by
stating more specific information. For example, we use project
highlights, accomplishments, and self-evaluations, which reveal
special talents, strengths, weaknesses and memorable work
experiences. Through a relaxed interviewing technique our
candidates will generally reveal significant information,
thus allowing us to make the soundest judgment possible before
we refer them to your company.
Professionalism is defined by the manner in which we must
manage a multitude of situations while working in a fast-paced
and pressure filled environment. Although perfection is rarely

We provide a competent, well-trained,

Our staff members are given a two-week multi-staged
training program within the first three months of employment
with our company. We prefer hiring only degreed candidates
for our company, but make allowances for years of relevant
experience. Candidates experience a rigorous interviewing
process that generally produces a well-informed candidate
and employer. To encourage retention of our core staff, employees
design their own “career track.” Bonuses are paid
to our staffing associates based on their performance. Our
staff is well supported by a hands-on management staff, corporate
trainers, and field support representatives. Our staff participates
in weekly meetings and training seminars as well as conferences
