CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Quality Control Technicians to work for our Tyngsboro client, a leading manufacturer of Inductor components for the RF and MW Industry is seeking highly motivated individuals to join the Quality Control Department.

Candidate must possess fine motor skill, good hand eye coordination and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours). The position is first shift with flexible start times. (ex. 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm or 6am-5pm) Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

-Perform visual inspection of inductor components and assemblies according to established procedures, specification drawings and both written and verbal instructions.
-Handling of fine wire and micro-sized components with tweezers.
-Ability to use metrology equipment such as rulers, pin gauges and Vernier calipers.
-Filling out work documentation to record defects.
-Recording time and piece counts on work travelers

Desired Background/Skills:

-Fine motor skill and good hand-eye coordination.
-Proficient with the use of tweezers and other small hand tool.
-Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time.
-Ability to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
-Positive attitude and a team player.
-English is required.
-Previous Q.C. Inspection experience is a plus.

Seeking two Inspectors for the QC Department.
– Qc Inspector for the inductor department
-QC Inspector for the Injection Molding Department
-Pay rate is $18.00 per hour 5 days a week. Mothers hours is a possibility. This can be discussed.
Job has temp to direct possibilities.

Also looking for a manufacturing operator to assist in the winding department.
Pay rate $18-$19 an hour (can do better with micro electronics manufacturing experience, need a minimum of 2 years).
Five days/40 hours per week.
Temp to hire possibility.
