Electronics Assembler – Direct Hire

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our client in North Hampton, NH. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic assembly and will be responsible for producing and assembling complex wire harnesses, cable assemblies, circuit cards, and various electronic components.

1st shift Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Rate of pay is competitive and commensurate with applicable experience, mastered skills and education.

Responsibilities:

Assemble complex wire harnesses, cable assemblies, rectifiers, circuit cards, and higher-level components like hybrid sensors, power filters, and voltage regulators.
Solder in conformance with IPC standards using industry-standard hand tools.
Produce jigs and fixtures for production.
Setup and break down production runs, assist with epoxy encapsulation and molding.
Perform in-process inspection, testing, and marking/branding of finished products.
Maintain general shop cleanliness and organization.

Desired Background/Skills:

1+ years of soldering experience required
Skilled in using standard hand tools and soldering to IPC standards.
Experience in detailed electronic and electrical assembly.
Technical mindset with a logical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
Familiarity with standard manufacturing processes and the ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
