CoWorx Staffing in conjunction with a leading printing solutions supplier is lookign for Entry Level Client Service Representative.

POSITIONS IN VARIOUS HOSPITALS OF NY:
* BROOKLYN, BRONX, QUEENS

pay ranges $18 to $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

– Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
– Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
– Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
– Strong focus on providing good customer service.
– Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Office Inventory Services.
– Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.

Desired Background/Skills:

– High School diploma or GED equivalent
– Basic computer skills
– Must be at least 18 years of age

Other Information:

Schedule:

– 8:00AM TO 5:00PM – 1 HOUR LUNCH
– 2:00PM TO 11:00PM – 1 HOUR LUNCH
