Immediate Logistics Associate openings available in Pryor, OK! CoWorx has partnered with a nationwide logistics company who has temporary to hire opportunities ranging in pay from $17.50 to $20.50 per hour, depending on the schedule you choose. There are 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Weekend shifts available, based on company needs. You will be working in the company’s data center but no specific previous experience required!

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management
• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory, including racks and trays, networking equipment, and other hardware
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation for all items received and shipped
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

2. Shipping and Receiving
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments
• Upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness
• Transport inventory by hand using material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts or pallet jacks) in accordance with all safety procedures and protocol

3. Facility Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including storage areas and shipping/receiving docks
• Assist with the disposal of packaging materials and obsolete equipment as needed

4. Compliance and Safety
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Compile with Data Center security measures and access controls

5. Support and Collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data center operations, procurement, and technical support, to fulfill inventory and logistics needs
• Provide support for special projects or initiatives as directed by management
• Complete other duties that may be assigned as required with consideration for quality, safety and efficiency

6. Assembly
• Assist in the setup and installation of computer server racks according to provided instructions
• Help in the assembly of server racks by following diagrams and guidelines provided by senior team members
• Handle basic tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete installation tasks.
• Support senior technicians in cable management and organization within the server racks

Desired Background/Skills:

While the below experience is preferred, it is not required for consideration!
• Experience operating material handling equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
• Experience using a handheld scanner
• Positive attitude and the ability to work on a team to achieve goals and objectives
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be comfortable working in a completely metal free facility

-2nd Shift (Afternoon) Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 3:30pm
-3rd Shift (Night) Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 12:30pm (Kitting)
-3rd Shift (Night) Monday to Friday, 12:00am to 8:30am
-3rd Shift (Night) Monday to Friday, 12:00pm to 8:30pm
-WD – Friday to Monday, 5:00am to 3:30pm
