2nd Shift Machine Operator

CoWorx is searching for a 2nd Shift Machine Operator in the Middleboro, MA area!

The 2nd shift machine operator works under close supervision to operate and set up CNC production machines according to established procedures. This role involves manufacturing components to exact specifications by performing tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling, reaming, boring, dicing, and grinding of nonmetallic work pieces.

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

Responsibilities:

Setup and cut to measurements illustrated on blueprints
Setup and operate equipment such as CNC Lathes and CNC Mills
Perform machine set-ups, tool offsets, editing changes, and adjustments to maintain quality
Inspect work
Follow all safety rules and regulations

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent
CNC Machining experience preferred
Ability to read and understand blueprints, micrometers, measuring equipment, etc.
