2nd Shift Electronics Technician

CoWorx is seeking Electronics Technicians to join a team where your technical skills make a real impact in the Whiteland, IN area!

This role, you will be apart of a production team supporting the clean and screen operation. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) electronic components used in the communications industry.

Responsibilities:

Test electronic assemblies to verify functionality and performance.
Troubleshoot and repair circuit boards down to the component level.
Perform configuration and fault management on electronic devices.
Replace parts using advanced soldering techniques (through-hole and surface mount).
Work closely with engineers and senior technicians to improve processes and gain new skills.
Ensure high quality and on-time performance for assigned product lines.
Accurately document work and manage parts consumption from inventory.
Cross-train and support other areas within the clean and screen operation as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be at least 18 years old or older
Minimum 2-year electronics degree or equivalent certification/experience OR 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar electronics repair role if no formal degree./li]
Solid experience testing and troubleshooting electronic circuit boards./li]
Strong knowledge of board-level and multi-layer board repair.
Excellent soldering skills (surface mount and through-hole).
Comfortable using repair lab equipment and techniques.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment./
