Production Associate

CoWorx Staffing is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Associates for a dynamic manufacturing facility in Crawfordsville, IN. This is a great opportunity to join a stable team, enjoy weekly pay, and grow into a long-term role through our temp-to-hire program.

Responsibilities:

Retrieve and verify documentation for each production batch
Ensure accurate delivery of ingredients to the correct location
Weigh and mix materials according to recipe specifications
Follow detailed mixing procedures to maintain product quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Follow all safety and quality protocols

Desired Background/Skills:

Previous experience in production, mixing, or warehouse a plus
Ability to lift, weigh, and handle materials accurately
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
Dependable and hardworking
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

Other Information:

Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 Shift (Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Crawfordsville, IN

Shift Details:

Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (12-hour shifts)
Work 2 days – Off 2 days – Work 3 days – Repeat
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Enjoy every other weekend off!
Note: This is not a traditional Monday–Friday schedule.
