Recruiter / Talent Coordinator

Coworx is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter/Talent Coordinator to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires at our client’s site in Biddeford, ME.

In this role, you will work closely with department leaders to attract top talent, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and support new employees throughout their first 90 days.

You’ll play a key role in developing recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interviews, offers
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored hiring strategies
Coordinate onboarding and follow-up during employees’ first 90 days
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and prepare hiring metrics reports
Promote the company’s brand across various platforms and recruiting events
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, laws, and DEI initiatives
Use data and metrics to improve recruitment strategies

Desired Background/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
3–5 years of in-house recruiting experience required
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now)
PHR or SHRM certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to events as needed
