Production Mixer

CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring a Production Mixer in Lawrenceville, GA! Production Mixers will be responsible for executing the daily activities of the Weighing/Mixing process.

Responsibilities:

Picking and staging of Raw Materials needed for Work order.
Complete material staging form, to ensure that you have all needed raw materials before staging, with Lot numbers.
Check labeling, against work order to ensure the right material is staged. Complete setup form on front of the work order before starting your weighing and mixing process.
Ensure that all of your stabilizer bins are full.
Identify needed materials, weigh each item individually and copy weight.
Check material weighed against needed amounts on every item to ensure consistency.
Pay close attention to each charge to ensure total amount is being weighed, do not try to memorize weights.
Check off each item as they are being weighed.
Ensure that Mixer is kept clean and functional during and between operations and report any issues to your supervisor.
Properly check off each charge as they have been mixed to ensure accuracy.
Clean station after each order to avoid contamination.
Control the accuracy of the weighing charges to avoid over mixing.
Complete mixing paperwork to account for what has been blended.
Close out each order by re-weighing unused raw materials and updating labels.
Clean and organize mixing stations.

2nd shift 6:00pm – 6:00am, Mon-Thurs
