2nd shift Retractile Assembler

CoWorx Staffing is hiring a Retractile Assembler for our client located in West Brookfield. We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our client’s team in manufacturing coil cords! This is a great opportunity for those starting their career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Guide and wind cable onto a rotating mandrel.
Place the mandrels into a heated oven to cure.
Once cooled, remove the mandrels and reverse the winding process.
This is a 3-step process with plenty of room to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Steady work history
Team player
Good time and attendance
Ability to follow safety guidelines and practices in a manufacturing setting
Willingness to learn how to operate different machines
Able to stand for entirety of shift

Other Information:

2nd shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am, 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Training on 1st shift for 2-3 days.
