Production Technician II

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production Technician candidates in the Milford, MA area. The Production Technician II is responsible for basic production operations with the company. Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced lab environment while maintaining high standards for the final product. This position is also responsible for the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the production area, which includes chemicals, materials, and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Assembles, cleans, and operates production equipment (i.e. filters, pumps, pipettes, BSC, benchtop surfaces, etc.)
Performs pH and buffer adjustments accordingly.
Performing real time documentation during production run and maintains accurate records/logs.
Performs finished goods filtration and packing activities.
Shows understanding of buffer compositions (i.e. molecular weights, concentrations and dilutions.)
Executes calibration, daily maintenance and operations of production equipment.

Desired Background/Skills:

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Fundamental knowledge of solutions and reagents, including properties, functional, application, and precaution.
Knowledge of chemistry concepts such as molarity, concentration, and mass.
Fundamental knowledge of ISO standards and other applicable regulations.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
