Call Center Representative

Our client in Dover, NH is hiring on-site call center representatives that will focus on acquiring new customers and generating leads. This role involves reaching out to potential clients through calls, referrals, and web leads. The position requires working closely with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and consult throughout the sales process. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM with 1 hour lunch
Payrate: $17-20/hr depending on experience
This position is on-site in an office setting, NOT remote.

Responsibilities:

Availability: Work during standard business hours or other assigned shifts.
Outbound Calls: Make 80-120 outbound calls daily to potential clients.
Productivity: Consistently meet or exceed assigned productivity targets (e.g., dials, leads, phone time).
Client Understanding: Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions and support.
Lead Research: Research potential leads through business directories, web searches, or other digital resources.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads generated from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
Database Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive list or database of prospective clients.
Presentations: Deliver information and presentations effectively to potential clients.

Desired Background/Skills:

Customer service background required
Call center experience desired but not required
Solid work history
Strong computer proficiency
Strong phone proficiency
Strong communication skills

1st shift schedule
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $17-20 (depending on experience)
