Electric Forklift Operator

We are seeking a highly experienced Electric Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Perm) to support our fast-paced distribution center in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently locating, moving, stacking, and tracking product within the facility using a double-wide electric forklift.

Responsibilities:

Stack pallets up to 4 high and 2 wide with precision and safety.
Pick, pack, check, and load/unload products to and from designated storage areas and trailers.
Operate advanced packaging machinery and assist in meeting strict inbound/outbound schedules.

Desired Background/Skills:

Minimum 6 years of electric forklift operation experience.
At least 4 years of experience working in a distribution center environment.
Proven experience stacking pallets 4 high and 2 wide.
Skilled in operating a double-wide forklift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

Shift Details:

Shift A: Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Wednesday, 6:00 PM–12:00 AM (off Thursday–Saturday)
Shift B: Wednesday, 12:00 AM–6:00 AM; Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (off Sunday–Tuesday)
Note: Half-day shifts on Wednesdays and three consecutive days off each week, based on business needs.
