Customer Service Representative

CoWorx is seeking an Customer Service Representative to work in their busy office attached to their warehouse in the Monroe Township, NJ area!

This position is 1st shift: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday; Temp to hire

Responsibilities:

Handle delivery and scheduling duties of freight trucks
Ready to Schedule System where customers are sent text messages and emails regarding order and delivery information

Desired Background/Skills:

Be at least 18 years old or older
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Experienced working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experienced working with office equipment such as copiers, scanning documents, phone systems, etc.
Customer Service mindset, at least 1 year of previous work experience in an office or call center environment, not retail
