CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Warehouse Associates in the Manchester, NH area!

The Warehouse Associate is a professional who is responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and company policy.

Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Associate is a professional who is responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and company policy.
The Warehouse Associate also ensures that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery and loss prevention.
Fulfill the logistics of receiving and stocking finished goods in cold and/or dry storage
Staging daily pick-ups and work orders
Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
Responsible for Daily Cycle Counts and reports data to Fulfillment Manager
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
Stock/inventory, control, and reconcile with data storage system
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies
Verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations
Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments
Ensure proper storage and handling of incoming and outgoing products
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
Communicate with Supervisor and suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues

Desired Background/Skills:

Forklift in food facility is preferred
