Assembler

CoWorx is recruiting Assemblers in the West Kingston, RI area!

This position is 1st and 2nd shifts and temp to hire.

Responsibilities:

Manufacture parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies per safety, quality and productivity specifications
Assemble sheet metal parts using hand and power tools
Build and wire electrical components
Perform material handling operations as directed
Pull from stock, assembles and packs to complete orders
Responsible for quality inspection of own work
Maintain accurate production records
Responsible for keeping work area clean, safe and orderly

Desired Background/Skills:

HS Diploma/GED preferred
At least 6 months of manufacturing/assembly experience
Ability to use hand tools such as screw drivers, pliers etc…
Attention to detail
Good communication verbal and written
Must be able to work the required over time
