Bilingual Crew Lead

CoWorx Staffing has immediate Bilingual Crew Lead openings with a fantastic, employee focused client in the Rural Hall, NC area!

This position will train crew on production line, making sure production goals are met 1st Shift 6 am-4pm Monday-Thursday $14.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Use the Work Order as a guide to understand job requirements and specifications, assign individual tasks, and train and direct the temporary staff accordingly
Set-up or assist with line set-up as needed
Responsible for inventory control, tracking and reconciliation of customer product
Oversee and monitor production flow on the line, trouble shoot problems, make adjustments as needed, and recommend and institute line improvements
Ensure that the finished product meets all specifications outlined in the Work Order

Must to be 18 and up
Ability to pay attention to Detail
Ability to assemble materials accurately in order to product quality product
