Machine Operators

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented TSD Fixture/Machine Operators to join our Technical Services Department (TSD). This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude who are looking to grow in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate specialized fixtures and machinery used in thin film coating
Carefully load/unload parts, ensuring accurate placement and orientation
Monitor machinery to identify and resolve issues during operation
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration on equipment
Interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical documentation
Inspect components before and after processing to meet quality standards
Record production data accurately and maintain work logs
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve processes

Desired Background/Skills:

1–2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
Basic computer and data entry skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment (training provided)
High School Diploma or GED (technical/vocational training a plus)
Working with small components and precision tools

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour
