Location: Kennebunk, Maine
CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Manufacturing Fixture Associate candidates in the Kennebunk, ME area. We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Manufacturing team at a top-tier plating facility that supports critical industries, firearms, and medical manufacturing. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and fixture a wide range of parts for the SBN coating process according to work instructions and customer specifications
Select appropriate tooling, holders, and fixtures to accommodate different part types and geometries
Inspect incoming parts for cleanliness and damage before fixturing
Ensure correct orientation, spacing, and alignment of parts for uniform coating coverage
Maintain accurate records of fixturing setups, lot numbers, and process steps
Collaborate with operators, technicians, and quality control staff to meet production schedules
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of fixtures, holders, and work area
Follow company safety protocols and cleanroom handling procedures

Desired Background/Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or fixturing role preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small or precision components
Basic understanding of mechanical setups and handling tools
Good organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
Willingness to work in cleanroom or controlled environment settings (training provided)
