Outside Sales Representative

CoWorx Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative – Bilingual for a well-established client in the Jessup, MD area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company in the food distribution industry. The ideal candidate is motivated, bilingual, and passionate about building strong customer relationships.

Location: Jessup, MD
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Day and evening availability required
Pay: Based on experience + commission potential

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Take and process orders during the day and/or evening
Visit customers to provide product updates and support
Work with internal departments to align sales, delivery, and customer service efforts
Monitor customer payments and assist with collections if necessary
Promote new products and help guide customers through account setup and credit applications
Assist with occasional deliveries and quality checks
Complete sales-related paperwork, such as credit memos

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus
Prior sales experience required; food industry or restaurant background is helpful
Must be fluent in English and one of the following: Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Thai
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to work occasional irregular hours and travel locally
