Data Entry Specialist

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Data Entry specialists in Fontana, CA.

Responsibilities:

Monitor, process, and ensure that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsible for routing and scheduling daily pick-ups and printing of Bills of Lading for carrier loads.
Ensure that the routing and scheduling of carriers is in compliance with customers routing/vendor standards to reduce department related charge backs.
Work closely with distribution floor to ensure shipments are dock confirmed.

Desired Background/Skills:

Prior experience working in a Third Party (3PL) Distribution Center (Walmart Routing)
High school or equivalent
Customer Service Office Environment: 2 year.
2-5 years in a Traffic/Shipping/Customer Service role preferred
3PL Preferred: 2 year
Customer Service Office Environment: 2 year
