Customer Service Representative

Our client in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in their office attached to their warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Rep with experience and familiar with delivery and scheduling of freight trucks
Ready to Schedule System where customers are sent text messages and emails regarding order and delivery information

Desired Background/Skills:

Experienced working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experienced working with office equipment such as copiers, scanning documents, phone systems, etc.
Customer Service mindset, at least 1 year of previous work experience in an office or call center environment, not retail

Other Information:

Shift Details:

1st shift: 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
