Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative

CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate temp to hire Bilingual Spanish Call Center openings with a fantastic, employee-focused client in the Newark, NJ.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be good at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward toward completion.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes

Desired Background/Skills:

HS diploma or GED
Bilingual Spanish a must
Experience in a call center environment or Dispatch Experience
Basic computer skills

Other Information:

We offer two shifts:

5:00am – 2:00pm, Saturday is a must
10:00am – 6:30pm,Saturday is a must
Sunday off and 1 more day during the week.

This position is Temp to Hire working ONSITE; this is not a remote position
