Quality Assurance (1st Shift)

CoWorx is seeking a Quality Assurance III that ensures the quality and safety of our products through rigorous inspection and testing processes in the Rollinsford, NH area![

Your primary responsibility will be to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position offers consistent schedule, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday schedule.

Shift:1st shift Monday – Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Weekly Pay:$18-20/hour (potential for more DOE)

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Perform root cause analysis on defects and non-conformities, and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles
Proficiency in using measurement and inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies, including ISO standards
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in measurement tools
Communication skills
Analytical skills
