Soldering Technician

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Soldering Technicians in the South Portland, ME area!

Are you skilled in hand soldering and passionate about precision? We’re hiring a Soldering Technician to join our team in South Portland, and play a key role in ensuring electronic components and circuit boards meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform hand soldering of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs), including through-hole and surface mount (SMT)
Read and interpret schematics, work instructions, and assembly drawings
Inspect solder joints and assemblies using magnification tools or microscopes
Rework and repair components to meet production and quality specifications
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow all safety protocols and quality procedures

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Experience using hand tools and basic inspection equipment
