Warehouse Forklift

CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring Warehouse / Forklift Sample Room Associates in Salem, NH!

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship all sample and customer orders same-day to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
Pack orders for shipment via parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
Affix correct shipping and tracking labels; mark boxes according to DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations.
Provide proof of delivery to Customer Service and Finance as needed.
Ensure outbound shipments are accurate, damage-free, and meet all packing specifications.
Maintain stock levels by reordering and checking in products daily.
Enter shop orders, receive materials, and put away inventory.
Manage, stage, and label inventory for in-house kit assembly.
Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Review inventory and samples for quality.
Report missing items or quality variances.
Work closely with Customer Service and Sales to meet customer needs.
Coordinate with Sales for orders and with Production/Lab for custom samples.
Coordinate with Marketing to maintain stock levels on marketing materials.
Examine and inspect containers and products to meet packing and quality specifications.
Execute and document quality inspections per SOPs.
Ensure facility is inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer audits.
Accurately measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
Operate forklift or order picker as needed.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

Minimal Forklift experience – great opportunity to gain experience
