Guard Shack

CoWorx is seeking Guard Shackers in the Ellenwood, GA area!

This position is 1st shift at 8am-4:30pm.

Must be able to pass background.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage entry and exit points.
Verify identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
Maintain logs of all entries and exits for accountability.
Check delivery and pickup documentation upon arrival or departure for accuracy.
Communication with warehouse floor on the arrival of driver’s so that correct door assignments can be given.
Inspection of trailers once loaded to ensure trailer seal matches Bill of Lading before departure from facility.
Conduct hourly patrols of truck lot and employee parking.

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
Ability to log daily activity.
Record incidents or unusual activity to upper management.
Prevent unauthorized parking near entry gate.
Direct trucks to designated areas.
Reading and writing skills as must.
