Warehouse Associates – PIT Operators, Wire Cutters, Loaders

CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring multiple Warehouse Associates to join a Upper Marlboro distribution center in Maryland! Openings are available for PIT Operators, Wire Cutters, and Loaders. Work in a clean, safety-focused, and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and full-time hire.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Multiple Shifts Available

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Mid Shift: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – Finish

Responsibilities:

PIT Operator

Operate reach truck, cherry picker, sit-down forklift, and electric pallet jack
Load/unload trucks and move inventory in warehouse
Pick, pack, and stage orders
Perform inventory checks and follow all OSHA safety protocols

Wire Cutter

Operate wire cutting machinery to cut/spool various wire sizes
Track and label wire reels, monitor stock levels
Read work orders and determine materials needed
Assist with packing, shipping, and cycle counts

Loader

Use electric pallet jack and sit-down forklift to load outbound trucks
Verify orders before loading
Work with team to meet daily loading schedules

Desired Background/Skills:

Minimum 1 year experience with electric pallet jack and sit-down forklift (PIT Operator also requires reach truck and cherry picker)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Steel toe shoes required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center
Forklift certification preferred
