Customer Service Representative

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Customer Service candidates in the Selma, TX area.

CoWorx has partnered with one of the nation’s largest last-mile delivery providers, who are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their team in Selma, TX! These are 1st shift openings and the pay rate is $16 an hour.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
1-year related experience preferably within a call center or dispatch environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues, bilingual
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skill
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations, and self-motivated
