Picker/Packer

CoWorx is seeking Picker/Packers in the Franklin, MA area!

The candidate will report to the Supervisor/Manager of the Picking Department and be responsible for performing various warehouse activities such as moving, stocking, receiving, unloading, and packing.

Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, stocking, receiving, and unloading materials
Moving and organizing inventory within the warehouse
Using RF scanners to process transactions and track inventory
Maintaining high inventory accuracy and proper documentation
Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges during warehouse activities.
Proficiency in basic math skills for maintaining order accuracy.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
