Forklift Operator

CoWorx is hiring experienced Reach Forklift Operators to join our team across multiple shifts in the Omaha, NE area!

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Day Shift

*Candidates will need at least 2 years of experience driving a Reach Forklift*

Responsibilities:

Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move, stack, load, and unload product, equipment, and materials
Accurately use handheld scanners to track inventory
Load and unload trailers as needed
Follow the 7S program and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Commit to process excellence and quality standards
Support inbound receiving processes

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong communication skills with both peers and leadership
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
3-6 months operating a Stand Up Reach Forklift within the last 3 years
1+ year of warehouse experience
Certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks (stand up reach required)
Flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
