Shipping and Receiving Clerk

CoWorx Staffing is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our client in Sturbridge, MA!

Shift Details: Typical hours fall between 8:30am / 9:00am – 4:30 / 5:00pm Monday – Friday, possible OT

25-40 hours a week to start, opportunity to turn into a full-time position quickly with the right person!

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders with precision and care.
Product Inspection: Ensure that all outgoing products meet quality standards before shipment.
Inventory Management: Receive and log incoming inventory, track stock, and conduct weekly cycle and low-inventory counts.
Returns Processing: Handle product returns efficiently and accurately.
Maintain Orderliness: Keep the workspace clean and organized, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Desired Background/Skills:

Experience: Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and ensure the accuracy of all tasks.
Math and Computer Skills: Basic math and computer proficiency are necessary.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset is essential for success in our small team.
Customer Service: A positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service are key to our success.
