Job Description:

Location: Concord, New Hampshire

CoWorx is seeking Production Associates in the Concord, NH area!

The Production Associate is responsible for the manufacturing of components, the assembly and of finished products. This individual manufactures product in compliance with production control documentation and he/she is under the direct supervision of the production supervisor. This person is responsible for the quality of their work and meeting all Quality Components, processes, documents assigned.

Responsibilities:

PACKING INVENTORY- Receive packing order and determines that correct packing materials are available at the packing station
INSPECTS PRODUCT- Visually inspect product for defects, setting aside defective items or repairing
PACKS FINISHED PRODUCTS- Conduct the following functions of labeling cardboard cases, packing finished products into the cases, inspection, case taping, polyshrink wrapping and roll changes
ORGANIZES WORK AREA- Organize work area in a clean and efficient manner to perform processes according to established standards, productivity levels, housekeeping, and safety requirements
KEEPS RECORDS- Keep record of items packed and reports any discrepancies to the supervisor
TROUBLESHOOTING- Inform supervisor of operating deviations or mechanical problems when they occur.

Desired Background/Skills:

Previous manufacturing experience/solid work history
Physical demand may require lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Working conditions may require contact with: sharp tools, rotating equipment and adjusting heavy paper rolls
Ability to climb into machine to perform preventative or production maintenance repair or cleaning
Must be able to use hand tools and trade type tools
Duties require continuous mental and visual attention, requiring constant alertness and activity
