Mail Room/Client Service Representative

CoWorx Staffing in conjunction with a leading printing solutions supplier is lookign for Entry Level Mailroom/Client Service Representative.

Ultimately Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.

$20 per hour

Responsibilities:

Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
Strong focus on providing good customer service.
Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Office Inventory Services.
Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.

Desired Background/Skills:

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Basic computer skills
Must be at least 18 years of age

Other Information:

1st shift hours

Schedule:
8:00am to 5:00pm – 1 hour lunch
