Line Operator

We’re looking for a consistent, on time hard worker that has experience in small parts, assembly line. This is a small team but mighty!

CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring a Line Operator in Dallas, TX!

Shift: Monday- Friday plus occasional OT Saturday

Time: 6:00am-2:45pm

Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision, assembles assigned parts on assembly line in accordance with IMI Hydronic Engineering, North America production guidelines
Learns to perform quality checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards
Keep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance following manufacturer’s instructions and/or company policy, troubleshooting malfunctions and notifies supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Participate in safety programs and display a mindset of safety first at all times
Is an active participant in our organizational lean improvement plans; works with lean leaders to define and implement best practices; maintains 5 S standards
Support suggestion program by submitting ideas for improvement
Adhere to established company policies and procedures

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
6-12 months of assembly experience preferred
Mechanical experience and aptitude; Ability to use special or standard hand and pneumatic tools
Possesses the dexterity to be able to grasp, manipulate, or assemble parts
Basic math skills
Knowledge of the Lean manufacturing process is a plus
Ability to consistently lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time
This role requires proficiency in English to complete documentation and follow safety instructions
