Quality Auditor

CoWorx in partnership with G&F Precision Moldings is seeking a dedicated Quality Auditor to join our team in the Danvers, MA area!

2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm

$22.00-$27.00/hour DOE with 5% 2nd shift differential

Responsibilities:

Perform various quality audits
Ensure that Manufacturing is performing to standard by reading specification
Draw and use visual standards and a variety of measurement tools
Perform 1st piece, in-process, SPC and final audit inspections at various steps in the manufacturing process
Identify nonconforming materials and place them on “hold” for Material Review Board
Notify supervisors of manufacturing processes that do not meet requirements or that vary from approved processes
Work with manufacturing to make scrap/rework decisions

Desired Background/Skills:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of Quality experience
Medical device manufacturing, preferred
Familiarity with regulations, including ISO 13485, preferred
Attention to detail
Use of measurement equipment
Ability to work and communicate well with others
This role requires proficiency in English to complete documentation and follow safety instructions
