Batch Maker

CoWorx Staffing is hiring a Batch Maker for our client in the Dudley, MA area!

The purpose of a Batch Maker is to create batches of products according to established batch sheets and procedures. This role typically involves measuring ingredients, mixing batches, and occasionally operating machinery to create products.

Shift: 8am-4:45pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the production of batches of products in a manufacturing environment.
Must ensure that all products meet the quality and quantity standards set by the company.
Read and understand standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Operate mixing and measuring equipment, and be comfortable working with hazardous materials.
Report to the Production Manager and work closely with other staff in the manufacturing department.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or GED certificate
Experience working with chemicals and raw materials
Vocational training or experience working with a more senior compounder
Requires close attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
