Assembly Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking motivated Assembly Operators to join our team in the Belcamp, MD area. In this role, you will assemble parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications.

Responsibilities:

Assemble parts using hand tools, machines, and packaging equipment
Gather materials and supplies as needed for daily tasks
Follow work instructions, diagrams, and part drawings
Complete quality documentation forms
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety policies
Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English (English proficiency required)
Good vision, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
Able to stand for long periods
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Other Information:

Pay & Schedule:
Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $15/hour
Afternoon Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $16/hour
