Call center representative

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Call Center Representative candidates for a fantastic, employee-focused client in the Richmond, VA area. As a Customer Service Representative with the team, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Desired Background/Skills:

HS diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a call center environment.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Other Information:

This position is temp-to-hire working ONSITE this is not a remote position.

Shift:
Tues-Sat : 530am to 230pm – Sunday and Monday OFF
Tues-Sat :12pm to 830pm – Sunday and Monday OFF
Sun-Thurs : 12:00pm-8:30pm – Friday and Saturday OFF
Sun-Thurs – 530am to 230pm – Friday and Saturday OFF
