Job Description:

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

CoWorx is seeking Customer Service Representatives in the Atlanta, GA area!

The Customer Service Representative will work in an active call center environment.

Work Environment: – Enjoy amenities such as employee lounge/game room area and vending machines. Must be open to flexible hours

Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing effective solutions to meet their current and future needs
Collaborate with other customer care associates and leadership to enhance customer service delivery
Take inbound/outbound calls, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to customer inquiries
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support
Guide callers through basic troubleshooting, navigation of company website, or using Telrite products or services
Review customer accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account related matters
Collaborate with other customer care associates and leadership to improve customer services

1 or more years of customer service experience
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Passion for delivering great customer service
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to multitask with attention to detail and accuracy
