Technical Support Specialist

Coworx is seeking a Technical Support Specialist on 1st shift to join a growing team in West Lebanon, NH. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology to support customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers and staff via phone, email, and in person
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system issues
Document support requests and solutions in ticketing systems
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex problems
Assist in testing, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies

Desired Background/Skills:

Previous experience in a technical support, IT helpdesk, or related role
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with software, networking, and hardware systems
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
