QC Technician

CoWorx Staffing is seeking detail-oriented Quality Technician candidates in the Dudley, MA area to join our client’s QC team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products shipped from the facility meet or exceed customer specifications through standardized inspections and measurement protocols.

Responsibilities:

[Perform quality checks on, but not limited to:

Inspect and measure all components used in the assembly of company products.
Valve crimp width and depth
Pedestal height
Mix and propellant weights
Actuator installation
Cap placement
Leakage detection
Label alignment
Packaging correctness
Proper stacking and palletizing of boxes
Accurately complete quality control in-line check sheets and submit them to the Quality Control Manager.
Submit samples to the Laboratory for further testing.
Apply and verify pallet tags on products sent to the warehouse.
Monitor and record water bath temperatures.

Desired Background/Skills:

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
Basic math skills with the ability to accurately calculate measurements and weights.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.

Other Information:

1st shift: 8am-4:45pm M-F
