Mill Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Mill Operator candidates in the Northborough, MA area. As a Mill/Calendar Operator, you’ll be working with rolling machinery to refresh and mix silicone materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, isn’t afraid to get a little dirty, and wants to be part of a team that produces high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

Operate mill or calendar equipment on the production floor
Box and prepare finished product for shipment
Read work orders (routers) and perform basic math conversions
Support company safety, quality, and environmental standards
Help with other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Desired Background/Skills:

High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and follow instructions
Basic math and computer skills
Willingness to work in a busy production setting
