Responsibilities:
Support execution of production schedules by coordinating material availability and workflow priorities.
Monitor and control the flow of materials and product (‘jobs”) through the production process.
Manage job releases, release adjustments, and inventory transactions in ERP system.
Work closely with Production Supervisors and Team Leads to identify and resolve bottlenecks and production delays, ensuring the smooth and continuous flow of production.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports, including progress, efficiency, and related metrics.
Communicate production status, changes, and updates to all relevant internal departments and personnel.
Directly communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential delays.

Desired Background/Skills:
Understanding of production workflows, scheduling, capacity, and material flow in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of inventory management concepts, WIP tracking, kanban/pull systems, and material staging.
Ability to juggle completing priorities, manage multiple orders and updates, and remain deadline-driven in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in analyzing production data, spotting bottlenecks, and identifying trends or improvement opportunities.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or Vocational Training.
