Operations Associate

CoWorx Staffing Services is looking for an Operations Associate in the Greater Danbury Area. This position is responsible for the forming of medical device components using manual labor in conjunctions with various machines. The offering position requires the candidate the ability to sit and stand for periods of time, the ability to read and understand work instructions and complete necessary documentation as instructed.

Responsibilities:

Form parts with 10lbs of force
Heat treat parts
Read/Fill out routers steps and Identification labels
Set-up and adjust equipment to specifications
Demonstrate good housekeeping skills
Adhere to and enforce safety guidelines
Be aware of the department’s quality goals and workmanship.

Desired Background/Skills:

6 months experience in warehouse/manufacturing
High School Diploma or GED
