Press Brake Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Press Brake Operator candidates in the Westfield, MA area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake equipment to form sheet metal parts used in baseboard heating products.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure parts meet specifications.
Select proper tooling and adjust machine settings for different material types and thicknesses.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and conformance to standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press brake machines.
Work collaboratively with production supervisors, maintenance, and coworkers.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Desired Background/Skills:

2+ years of experience as a press brake operator.
Strong knowledge of press brake setup, tooling, and safe operation.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, and work instructions.
Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers and tape measures) and quality inspection processes.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Schedule Details:
Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with OT until 4:30pm
$20-25/hour
