Collections Account Manager I (Recovery

CoWorx Staffing is seeking energetic Collections Account Managers to join our client’s Recovery Department team!

Multiple Schedules – Call Center Environment

Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Two evenings per week until 9:00 PM required
Two Saturdays per month (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Multiple schedules available

Responsibilities:

Contact customers with past-due accounts to negotiate payments and repayment plans
Work a minimum number of accounts per hour as set by management
Monitor assigned account queues and follow up consistently
Perform skip tracing to locate debtors when necessary
Accurately document calls and outcomes in the system
Ensure all communications comply with FDCPA and other federal/state regulations
Escalate complex issues to Team Lead or Operations Manager as needed
Contribute to a supportive team call center environment

Desired Background/Skills:

High School Diploma required (college degree preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, professional phone presence with negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and able to work independently under pressure
Proficient computer and keyboarding abilities
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Knowledge of FDCPA, credit bureau reports, and skip tracing a plus
Bilingual skills a plus
