Production Workers

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing clients team in Woodstock, CT.

Responsibilities:

Assemble small to medium parts and components into finished products.
Solder and install wiring according to schematics and assembly drawings.
Use hand tools and test equipment to ensure product quality.
Follow technical instructions and manufacturing procedures.
Support production goals and assist team members as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Desired Background/Skills:

1–2 years of experience in assembly required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Basic math and reading skills; understanding of English is required.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good hand-eye coordination; experience using hand tools and light machinery.

Temp to hire opportunities
Resumes required
1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday-Friday $18.50/hr.
2nd shift: 4:00 pm – 12:30am Monday-Friday $19.50/hr.
OT may be required
